ABC Breeder LP

Description
An extremely solid mineral designed for breeding cattle operations. Nutrient levels were selected to support the needs of breeding animals during all phases of the production calendar.

Purpose
A Mineral Supplement for Beef Cattle on Pasture.

Product Features and Benefits

  • High quality, palatable mineral that cattle will consume consistently when feeders are managed properly.
  • Resistant to moisture, wind, and hardening in feeders.
  • Resistant to nutrient leaching.
  • Proper balance of nutrients for breeding cattle on pasture and dry hay to promote reproductive function, health, milk production, and calf growth.
  • Appropriate levels of magnesium to compensate for low mag levels and high potassium levels common on these types of pastures and which, unchecked, can contribute to grass tetany.
  • Inclusion of organic trace minerals (complexes of specific amino acids) at carefully researched levels. These have been shown to improve absorption of key trace elements to effectively offset production stress and improve reproduction and immune performance.
  • Inclusion of a specialized, pure yeast culture (62.5 million CFU’s/gram) that will stimulate appetite, enhance ruminal fermentation, improve digestive process, and contribute to gut health in stressful production environments and conditions.
  • Various additive options to improve growth, feed efficiency, digestibility, fly control, etc. are available.
